How does TheGrowPet work?
You answer a short quiz about your dog or cat. We recommend a Basic, Comfort or Premium plan for their life stage, and once you subscribe it is delivered to your door every month.
How do you choose the right plan for my pet?
The quiz asks whether you have a dog or a cat, their name, age, breed and weight. Age decides the life stage (for example puppy, adult dog, kitten or senior cat) and the plans shown for it.
What is the difference between Basic, Comfort and Premium?
Basic includes premium dry food and a chew toy. Comfort adds kabobs chews and shampoo. Premium includes everything, plus multivitamin chews and a harness.
How much does shipping cost, and where do you deliver?
Shipping is free. We currently deliver within the United States.
How often will I receive my plan?
Plans are monthly: your food and essentials arrive once a month.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Finishing the quiz creates your account, where you can see your pet’s recommended plan and manage your details.
Can I get my money back?
We offer a money-return window of 7 days. Please read our Refund Policy for the details.
Do you support animal welfare?
Yes. We donate 10% of every purchase to animal welfare organizations that create better living environments for animals in need.
